We at Tekhnikal Diffikulties believe in enhancing your playability and tone through simple technicality. No mambo-jumbo, gimmicks, scams. Straight-up hands-on technical work. Leave the technical aspect of guitar playing to us, so you can concentrate on just "playing".

The problem with most other brick-and-mortar guitar tech stores is that there's always a few people servicing your instruments. Could be the boss of the shop, could be his most experienced tech, or it could even be the new guy.

 

At Tekhnikal Diffikulties, only one person handles every single instrument sent in - founder Firdaus "Soap". Not any new employees with zero experience, not the part timer who only comes twice a week, not even business partner-cum-product/service specialist Nasir. Just "Soap" and him alone.
